    Likewise. Received a faulty Karoo, ticket submitted 24hrs ago, still no response. Doesn't bode well if I have to go through a back-and-forth discussion taking many days before I get a replacement. Not impressed...

    So, about an hour after posting I got a response to my ticket, answered some questions and now have a replacement unit coming out, even before sending the faulty one back. So not too bad a service after all, just that initial delay that concerned me (I don't have much patience) ;)
