    @ Aurelio: Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 

    Are you able to perform other internet activities on Karoo 2 such as downloading the Offline maps, uploading a ride to Dashboard or Strava, syncing Route, etc on Karoo 2 with the internet from SIM card? Or is the issue limited to just the Live tracking?

    Could you please write to support@hammerhead.io with the following details?

    • Serial number of your Karoo 2. It is available on the backside of the unit.
    • SIM Carrier that you are using.

    This helps us to troubleshoot the issue further.
