Live tracking not available

I bought a cellular SIM card for my Karoo 2 to use live tracking. The SIM is installed. I have checked all the advanced settings and all seem right. But still live tracking does not work.
Every time I try to check the location in the livetraking link I can see the point where I finished my last track, and a message similar to: 'Updated 21h ago'.
So sometimes it works, but I have never seen my current location or live tracking 'Updated just now'.
Any help?

@ Aurelio: Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Are you able to perform other internet activities on Karoo 2 such as downloading the Offline maps, uploading a ride to Dashboard or Strava, syncing Route, etc on Karoo 2 with the internet from SIM card? Or is the issue limited to just the Live tracking?
Could you please write to support@hammerhead.io with the following details?
- Serial number of your Karoo 2. It is available on the backside of the unit.
- SIM Carrier that you are using.
This helps us to troubleshoot the issue further.
