Is it possible to downgrade the firmware?
AnsweredThe device got a worser screen design I have ever seen.
- How could I rollback the latest update?
- Is it possible to hide labels? I believe nobody needs labels, especially in these huge letters. Icon next to the digits will be adequate.
Can a designer (who crafted such a piece of interface) answer the current speed? Or maybe a tester, who rode a bike with this device, quickly determine the current cadence?

We are really sorry to hear about your experience. This is not expected as per our design and we have found out that this is a bug. We will be fixing this issue in one of our upcoming releases in priority. The workaround for the time-being is to customize the map page in such as way that the Data fields will be on the top.
Sorry that currently it is not possible to roll back to the previous software or hide the labels in the Data field.

Thank you for the quick answer. Please, notice, there is a lot of room left of the yellow routing bullet. It’s large enough to put twice bigger digits as they are now. It was made intentionally, not by mistake.
How could I get the device that you are offering on the site www.eu.hammerhead.io? Is it a genuine site or it’s fraud and should be reported?

We do have near terms plans to address most of the issues that we found out from the riders and internally related to the new UI. The team is working towards improving the new in-ride look.
The Karoo 2 interface that you see on the website is according to the old UI and we are looking forward to update the images in the website to match the new UI.

I have to strongly disagree with the sentiment of this comment. I do agree that there can be some more improvements made in the UI, and I would love to see greater personalisations - e.g. colour and font size choice to mention a couple. I value being able to give feedback that is noted and acted upon by HH, unlike when I had Garmin devices which were certainly far from perfect and look an age to get fixed. I prefer HH to any other bike GPS - despite some small issues.
