Elevation doubled

I dropped my 1st unit which was spot on with other riders. Ordered a new one and ever ride the elevation is exactly doulde the other rides. Please fix this

  New device, same problem, latest update did not fixed the problem for me.

  Yeah I lost my old karoo2 and the new one I bought has crazy elevation gains. Hope this will be fixed.

  I'm not quite sure it has anything to do with the device itself - I have the "original"  Karoo 2 from the preorder and I'm also seeing the elevation gain multiplied - not just doubled. On a short and flat ride in the woods it recorded over 3000 m of altitude gain where it should have been less than 500 m.

  Preloaded routs coming out ok (tested only one 120km), like device is not trying to measure anything. So for me look like there is no noise smoothening, rides look very choppy and back and forth is different. Biggest question is why is it taking years to fix?
