Offline Region Service Error after Installing Latest Update (1.395.1557.12)
AnsweredAfter installing build 1.395.1557.12 today, my Karoo2 keeps displaying the error message "offlineregionservice has stopped." Clicking on either the "Open app again" or "Close App" options does not prevent the error from reocurring. Fortunately, the error doesn't pop up after starting a ride. However, it appears when on the Home screen and any of the menu screens. I've restarted the device twice, but that didn't resolve the issue.

Hi Andy, sorry to hear about this. This issue did not occur on the latest update, but after a few days when we were updating the offline maps for users. The offline maps update has been rolled back, but due to cached data on device this keeps failing for users. You might have to do a factory reset on Karoo 2 to solve this.

I have the same issue and riding now with my hammerhead is worthless as new routes cant be loaded and the message appears on my screen every 20sec or so. When is a bugfix being rolled out? Doing a factory reset is not an option and takes too much time to reconfigure everything (KI2 integration, sensors, custom screens etc)
