Karoo 2 mounting system fail...3 times

At first I used the new support offered by the Karoo 2, but the two I had broke in the same way, split at the part where the Karoo is attached.

The technical support sent me a new one, but it also ended up splitting so I started using the adapter for garmin, my surprise was during the last race I attended, the Quebrantahuesos 2023, when I had only 6 kilometers, The support broke in half, leaving one part fixed to the Karoo and the other to the support of my bicycle, leaving me without data for a large part of the route, until I had to fix it to the handlebars with tape.

I don't understand why the supports are not capable of supporting the weight of the device itself or the typical vibration that can occur on a bicycle, right now I can't use the device because I don't have any more supports or adapters.
