Live tracking using SimCard getting tracking link failure

Live tracking has been working for many months using a SimCard, but has failed yesterday and today during a test. Creating a new live tracking link gets a system error. Can't connect to the internet. Won't save, except after connecting to WiFi.

  Hey Claude,

  If live tracking stopped working, I would suspect an issue with SimCard and/or Service.

  Is there anyway to confirm?
