Karoo2 "Timeout Error" when doing Zero Offset Calibration with 4iiii Podiiiium via Bluetooth

I'm unfortunately unable to perform a Zero Offset Calibration with my 4iiii Podiiiiums when connected via Bluetooth. It works with ANT+ and also with Bluetooth when using their app, but not with my Karoo2. I already went through the tips on this site https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360051706074-Karoo-2-Power-Meter-Calibration-Zero-Offset- and also reconnected the device several times, but am unable to get it to work. Any advice?
