Notifications don't work

I already tried everything but unfortunately the notifications don't work.
Permissions granted, no battery saving mode, notifications turned on in the profile, reboot phone, etc...
The pairing is successfully done without any problem and the unit says that is connected to the phone.
I have a Huawei watch connected to the same phone and the notifications works flawless.
Any thoughts?
Phone is Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro with MIUI 14 (Android 13)

@Gustavo: Sorry for the trouble caused. We are happy to assist you.
We recently found out that some models of Phone requires pairing the Karoo 2 under the Phone's Bluetooth settings in addition to pairing it over Companion App.
Could you take this additional step of pairing the "Karoo 2 BT Audio" under the Phone's Bluetooth settings and see if that resolves the issue or not?
We are suggesting this step because some of the riders have reported that the Phone notifications and pairing started to work as expected after doing this.

Hi, I also started having this notifications issues after the last couple of updates. I would only be notified of calls. After pairing karoo 2 BT audio I managed to get email notifications, but I´m still not getting WhatsApp notifications which is pretty much the default messaging app used in Brazil. Any other idea I could try?
