Not syncing to dashboard or 3rd party

Hi I cannot get my Karoo 2 to sync to the Hammerhead dashboard or Strava, I have completed the latest upgrade, I have even tried manually but no luck! I also noticed that on the top of the screen there are two symbols one is like refreshing and the other is like an error/information symbol.
