GPS problem after update

After the last update my routes will not load. The entire ride it is stuck in preparing route. Map and pointer stay in one position. I also notice that the sensors will not connect until I open the sensor screen. Build version 1.413.1603.12 Serial: KAROO20ALCO61508044

  This is a known issue and we are working to get a fix. As of now, suggestion is to break the route into two or smaller routes and load them on your ride.

  Hello, is it not possible to downgrade until this solved. It difficult to divide routes in smaller parts.

  I nog understand that I am not the only one with troubles after the update. As said above spliting the rides doesn't work. So now I have to use Komoot along side the Karoo to navigate. Also last Sunday during a 50km ride the sensors dropped out 2x :-) I hope a.solution will follow quickly because I can't imagine that going back to my Wahoo would be the solution for you!

  Exactly same problem here. After updating maps, I cannot see any more the GPS listed in the available sensors and any route created with Komoot leads to a gray map. Any update on a possible fix?
