Alternate Mounting Solutions

There doesn't seem to be very many or any frankly solutions for mounting the Karoo. I've searched and found hardly any. Karoo is zero help - I broke my mount in a crash and I'm 10 emails in to getting a warranty replacement but it hasn't happened yet. The Garmin adapter is a poor solution and the Karoo mount is actually great. So, what have you found?

This is the only mount for a 35mm bar - I got it and it's loose so will require some friction tape to make it work. It also seems a bit on the flimsy side but we'll see. The other issue is that it's a right side mount and my light is on the right so there's no room.

This is the only other place I've found that makes mounts/adapters. I've ordered the insert to convert a Garmin but haven't received it yet.

That's it. Karoo has not had its mounts available for sale since before I bought mine in May and the only source that hints at future availability says Summer 2024. I asked to buy an extra from them during my warranty replacement and was told no. So no mounts to be had from Karoo which is both annoying and disappointing.

If you've found any other solutions please post them here so that we can collectively solve the problem that Hammerhead isn't interested in solving.

I like the Karoo native mount much more than the Garmin adapter but I would rather not use the big plastic thing my K2 shipped with.

I've had good luck with two Mag-Cad adapters I bought and still use. One I mounted on a K-Edge out front and the second I mounted on my Trek Blendr Alloy mount. Both are rock solid.

In the past I've bought adapters from another 3d Print vendor but the first was too thick and unusable as was the replacement they sent me.
