My rides are only syncing to Strava if I manually sync them?

The past few rides I've taken, I've had to go back to either my Karoo 2 or to my dashboard and manually trigger the sync operation.

Is there a setting some place that I need to change?

  Michael, important to that the setting is indeed set to automatic. Check this article on how and where to set that: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/1260802477069-Karoo-2-Auto-Upload-to-Third-Party-websites

  If this is already set to automatic and it still does not work, then try to sign out and sign back in to the Hammerhead account.

  I checked, it is set to automatic, rides still aren't syncing.

  Do you usually connect your Karoo 2 to wifi or internet immediately after the ride?

  Request you to re-sign in before your next ride.
