Asking a question

I found out that there are different ways to ask a question.

One way is to click in the menu bar  on ‘Help articles’ and then in the field “What can we help you with?” typing in the question you have.

Another way is to click in the menu bar on ‘Community’ and then (under “Support’) click on ‘New post’ . Then under ‘details’ you can ask your question. (As ‘topic’ I  filled in ‘Tips & Trouble shooting’).

A third way is to click in the menu bar on ‘Submit a request’.

Which way is preferred?
