That’s not going to change, Shimano removed the rights when HH were brought by SRAM

what can I say about it... maybe just to warn future Karoo customers not to buy this device and to stay with Garmin, which I used before Karoo. Companies should realize that customers are not really interested in competitive battles between two companies. A customer who is willing to pay €399 for a device that is as "smart" as a €100 mobile phone. Even my ultra watches seem to be smarter than this device. So I have a box that is slow, it doesn't work with my e-bike, and many functions are missing like — data field changes can only be made through the settings (holding a finger on the data fileld brings up an offer - this function has been available at Garmin for a long time), —— if I hold my finger on the map, I can set the point where I want to go , but I can't enter the address (again available at Garmin), problems with connecting sensors (I have Garmin speed and cadence sensors and their connection is always a problem, technical support offers steps that don't solve the problem). problems with signal! etc. …..It's quite sad. I didn't want to use an iPhone for €1200 as a bike computer, but actually it's probably the best option...now Apple supports sensors … so good luck Hammerhead and I wish better HH product&sales management.
