RideWithGPS And Dashboard Syncing Issues
UPDATE AS OF 18 APRIL 2024: RWGPS has confirmed that the issue is resolved. Riders should now be able to sync routes and rides between the Hammerhead Dashboard and RWGPS. Riders who disconnected their accounts should also now be able to reconnect them again.
If you are still experiencing issues with syncs between RWGPS and the Dashboard, disconnect and reconnect RWGPS from the connected accounts tab on the Dashboard to reset the connection.
Routes that disappeared may not reappear in the "Collections" folders they were added to previously. They will need to be added to your Collections again if they do not appear in the respective folders after the routes sync back to the Dashboard.
-----------------------------
Some riders have reported sync issues with RideWithGPS.
New rides are not syncing to RWGPS and newly pinned routes in RWGPS are not syncing to the Dashboard.
If a rider disconnects the RWGPS account from the Dashboard to attempt to reconnect and resolve the issue, they will not be able to reconnect and their pinned routes can disappear from the Dashboard.
We are working together with RWGPS to resolve this issue. We will provide more information when it is available.
We recommend not disconnecting your RWGPS account from the Dashboard so that your routes will not be removed. If your RWGPS account is still linked, you are able to add new routes from RWGPS to the Dashboard using the RWGPS URL.
If you have already disconnected your account, you can download the GPX route from RWGPS and upload that to the Dashboard if you need to add a route.
You will be able to upload all new rides to RWGPS after the issue is resolved. If you have an important ride that you need to upload to RWGPS, the FIT file can be downloaded from the Dashboard and then uploaded to RWGPS.

I can’t sync anything at all. No Strava, No RWGPS, AXS Web, or Suunto. I could Tuesday but can’t today. I updated, rebooted, signed in and out. Latest iOS for my phone. Even saw a weird “Firmware Update” pop up on K2 notifications screen. Same problem with the wife’s K2. No sync at all. If I look at the ride in the device it’s show bit trying to upload it shows “Upload Failed” on all the listed accounts. On the web my ride distance shows but noting on the map. The activity data says Activity Not Found.

I just did a ride. I can see ALL the data on the Karoo 2 so I know it was recorded properly. On my computer or phone in the webpage dashboard, I can see the name of the ride and the basic info but when I click on it, I get an "activity not found" error message. There is no map info or ride data. I cannot download the FIT file either. I tried renaming on the ride on the Karoo 2 and the name updates on the dashboard but I still can't get the ride info. I even tried connecting to Strava and RidewithGPS to upload the file there and it is not syncing with either of those either. The Karoo 2 has a "Ride Sync uploading" message in the Notifications but the bar just keeps acting like it is trying to upload and not completing. I am going to be very upset if I can't get my ride data out of the Karoo 2. Please help.
