Not all data available when connected to Fazua ride 60

I have connected my Santa Cruz Heckler SL with Fazua Ride 60 to my Karoo2. I can see Batterie and my input power but I cannot see the output power of the motor and therefor the rider vs motor graphic and stuff is not working. Why is not all data available?
