33 hour Karoo 2 Battery life (configured as a GPS backup device)
Not sure if this is useful for anyone, but I recently did a 50km (12hr) walk and wanted a "backup GPS logger". My primary GPS device was my Garmin watch, but I wanted to be 100% sure I captured the entire event (don't even get me started on Garmin's "autosave feature"😡).
I setup a new profile on the Karoo 2 with all sensors and alerts etc. turned off. I then just started the Karoo, turned the screen off, and popped it in my backpack. I only turned the screen back on 3 times (to pause and restart during food stops). After 12hrs the battery was down to 63%. Which was a battery-drain rate of 3% per hour. Which suggests that the device could be used in this mode for ~33 hours.
It's a niche use-case I know, but thought someone might find the data useful.

I've used my K2 for hike logging back up as well, paired with one sensor for HR and the rest configured similar to yours.
Battery life not as long as yours, down to around 40% after 10hrs possibly because despite turning the screen off I would quite frequently find that it had switched itself back on again when I needed to check it. I turn brightness down completely for that reason.
Also it's been pretty useless for tracking elevation, which isn't a great deal as I use Strava's elevation correction after uploading.

Maybe it has switched back on as the screen has been "touched" while in bag (I'm sure I noticed the screen on when I slipped it out of the case I was using). Maybe turning Rainlock on would stop that?
My new Garmin Instinct 2s (20hrs with GPS enabled) arrived the day I was out on my long walk. So my new primary device is now a lot better than the old Garmin Forerunner 45s I used earlier this week. Even so, I still think I'll use the Karoo 2 again as a backup, and I'll try Rainlock on.
