Karoo 2 Randomly Restarted and Ride Progress Lost
Today my Karoo restarted mid-ride, without warning. When it booted, I was not given an option to resume my in-progress ride, but rather had to begin a new ride. It seems the first half of my ride progress is lost. I did not find it in the FitFiles or FitFiles/temp folders. Can the data be found anywhere else, or is it lost forever?
Build Number 1.474.1840.12
I have a heartrate sensor connected and the Karoo is paired with my phone.

I had this same issue yesterday, right at the end of a 90 min ride. When the Karoo reset, it gave me the option to save my ride, but had only recorded the first 3 mins of the ride.
edit: I was on build 1.464.1818.12, had a HR monitor, power meter and Varia connected. I was following a route. Everything worked flawlessly until the end.
edit 2: interestingly, the fragment of ride that did record is registered on Strava as 1:00AM on Dec 31, 1989. Elapsed time on the ride is 301712:26:08, with a moving time of 2:50. Wild!

This also happened to me today. I had just done a firmware update (1.563.2165.12) before the ride. About 3.5 hours into a 4 hour ride, I looked down and my Karoo 2 was restarting. Once it booted up, it asked if I was still in the middle of my ride/if I wanted to resume. I tapped yes, and the map screen reappeared but with no route. I swiped to the data page and it said I’d been riding for 46km, though at that point I was close to 100km in. So it stopped recording long before the computer restarted. It did not continue recording from that point either.
Any fixes? Worried this will happen again.
