Other Workarounds for importing a Komoot-Route from non-english Komoot
CompletedIn the "known bugs", the workaround is described as:
Komoot Route URL not importing to Dashboard when there is a localized element in URL: The temporary workaround is to change the language to English on Komoot and copy the URL. You can also download the GPX file of the Route from Komoot and import it to the Dashboard.
But there are other ways, too if you prefer not to switch your Komoot-language:
1. Edit the URL e.g. from https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/1234567890 to https://www.komoot.com/tour/1234567890 (so cut-off the localization)
2. Go to edit mode in Komoot where most often the localization in the URL disappears.

Hi All,
We fixed an issue where Komoot routes would not import via URL when there was a non-english character in the route file.
Thank you!

Tried both workarounds but still get the message:
Import-Fehler: Nicht berechtigt, diese Komoot Route zu importieren
The download worked - after the ca. 10th try and losing the route's name. Really annoying. I haven't used karoo for new routes for a while, ten months ago I had no problems at all.
