Rerouting on karoo 2 works very bad

Hello,

The redirection has been working very poorly for me for a long time. I have hoped several times that the next update would fix this problem, but it hasn't. The suggested routes are either not rideable (too steep, overgrown, etc.) or the routes are too long with long detours. For me, these redirections are incomprehensible and the redirection looks chaotic.

When I bought my Karoo in June 2022, the redirection worked pretty well. But now this function is useless for me. Unfortunately. My routing preference is 'Trail' but I use this setting from start.

  hi, we have an improvement on our rerouting set to release this week. If it doesn't work for you please share the GPX file of the affected rides and routes with us. Some of the issues may be due to the underlying map data, but we can say for sure only after looking into the files.
