Hi Darryl, that is indeed an outlier in terms of our standards. If you are using the GSC-10 sensors, please make sure your setting related to the speed source is correctly set, and make sure there are no other speed sensors causing this issue. If you think all the settings are up to date, please share the serial number of your Karoo and FIT file of this ride with us by submitting a request here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

I am having a similar problem with my new K3, though the variance isn't as significant. I'm using a Wahoo RPMSpeed Sensor. I thought it was just a quirk on a ride the other day, but yesterday and I did a route that I've done many times and the numbers were off, though mine seem to be a variance in the other direction (slower speed and shorter distance). Distance my Karoo recorded (~39 miles) was off by about 6% compared with both my Apple Watch and Specialized apps (both recorded ~43 miles).

Hi, to follow-up on the distance error described above, my K3 recorded accurate speed and distance using a Garmin Speed and Distance 2 hub sensor. I’m once again using the Garmin GSC-10 sensors and the speed and distance output is also accurate. Thanks to Hari at HH who spent a lot of time with me on this puzzle!
