Karoo 2 does not (hold) charge

My Hammerhead karoo 2 stopped charging. or I would say stop holding charge. It works with usb cable, And show that battery charges, percents rises, but when I remove USB cable it instantly turn off. And after plug USB cable, battery shows 0% and starts charging from 0% and stops at 100%. But any time (off or on) I remove cable it turns off and battery is again at 0%> I tried to hard reset unit, recharge after night, but all same It turns off if I remove USB cable. It seems to work if cable is connected. Can you help me? Regards, Ales
