Garmin: Firstbeat-Integration / Hammerhead: ?

Hi, for a short while I was able to test Garmin's 1040 computer and while the unit itself falls well short of what the new Karoo offers, I really miss the fitness/performance/recovery metrics that come with the Garmin universe thanks to their firstbeat integration.

So my question is this: does Hammerhead plan to offer something similar or is there a work-around in connection with any of Hammerhead partners such as Suunto?

  Hi Heinz, while we consider the performance and recovery as an important part of workouts, this feature as of now exists on our backlog without a timeline. If there are more requests, and requirement based on business needs - it will be prioritised. We recommend using 3rd party services for it, considering the current Suunto or other integrations does not offers it the way Garmin Connect does.
