  try regularly wipe down your device with a damp cloth when riding in dusty, muddy or wet conditions.

  +1 had the same issue. Power button got stuck down and I went into my garage to find the unit stuck in reboot/shutdown loops. 

  I gave it a wash in the sink and all seems well again...hopefully not something I have to do every week!

  Thanks Justin for sharing your thoughts. Once you have cleaned with the water, make sure the port is completely dry before you can plug in the charger
