hey, on July 12 I was on vacation and took a bike. I drove a nice route, the Karoo was still working - I even have photos. I returned to the hotel - I definitely turned off the pause button, I don't remember if I clicked end ride. Karoo 2 turned itself off. I turned it on after a few days and there was no trace of my driving anywhere. Can I get it back somehow?

  Hi Kamil, I checked the ticket history and see that your issue has been resolved as we were able to recover the file you needed.
