Navigation - Automatic zoom out

Hi Alejandro, and Dandy - does this happen consistently on all your rides? I was not able to replicate this issue on our end. Please share the GPX file of the route and FIT file of the ride with us where you had this issue. You can share it in a ticket here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

Dear riders, we have escalated this to the Product team and they acknowledged that they have to make certain improvements to this behaviour.
In the mean time, we want to share a workaround with you.
If you spent most of your time on map page for your rides, we suggest you disable "switch to map" feature under the Profiles. When this feature is disabled, you wouldn't be facing issues with the zoom.

This issue is still happening after the last updated software.
I spend some time to send you captures and videos in august and after 2 months is still not solved, (but even like this, you have previous comments and tickets before mine).
I am really dissapointed, it's really annoying. The workaround you proposed should be just a patch as this is not how the gps is supposed to work. And 2 months is enough time to find a solution. Are you figuring out how to solve this? If not let me know because I just switch to other brand.

It's annoying. Still the problem with the zoom on every tour. After each turn, the map zooms out so that you can no longer see the route. You have to zoom in manually. I don't have time for that during a MTB descent. Three months ago, the problem was first reported and nothing has happened since then. That's a big and important problem. Just like the problem with the much too loud Beeper. Why are such problems not a priority? Things like displaying the data left, right or center can be done if everything runs perfectly, but the Karoo does not. And no, I don't think it's the solution to deactivate the automatic switching of the map. I also don't think it's the solution to turn off the Beeper because it's so unbearable. My suggestion would be to finally take care of the important problems and not tie the software developers to any gimmicks. I'm angry and it's annoying
