Cant pair my Garmin hrm to Karo 2

Hi, for some days ago my Garmin HRM dissapeared from my Karoo 2. I’ve tried the following things: Connect to another ANT+ device, (not working) A big restart on my karoo 2. What more can i do? Thanks for help!
