    I'm seeing a very similar problem.

    In case it makes any difference I have the following apps side loaded: APKPure, Apple Music, Xert EBC, Assioma, Shimano ETube, Ki2 and Zwift companion app.

    Similar problem today for me, no problem starting a ride, but somewhere in the middle of the ride all the data fields stopped updating and got the HX Activity Service stopped message. The only way to resume the ride was to reboot Karoo, after restart the ride continued, a couple hours later some problem occurred again in the same ride.

    If the problem is with Ki2 I'm happy to help.

    Mine seems OK now. Totally factory reset then re-sideload ki2. Just done 3 hour ride and all working fine. Fingers crossed for next spin.

    Did you also have ki2 installed? I contacted hh support and they blamed ki2 lol. Funny how I've done probably 25 other updates whilst having ki2 installed and no issue

    I have Ki2 installed. This maybe the straw that breaks the camels back and gets me heading back to Garmin again if they want to play this type of crap.

    To be honest I said same thing but mine was to go back to wahoo. However after a reset and ki2 reinstalled all is well. I'll see what happens after next update

    After a factory reset, does the signing back into the Hammerhead account restore the profiles and pages etc?

    Yes Abselutly everything is auto restored very handy. Only thing missing is ki2. Then after re installing ki2 even the fields on your screen has the ki2 info in them. No need to re select ki2 fields.

    New Ki2 version is available, please update directly from the Karoo or install via a computer. Thanks to some users for the help diagnosing the issue, no help from hammerhead as usual :)
