Hammerhead karoo 2 no indica velocidad

El hammerhead karoo 2 no indica la velocidad durante la ruta. Funciona perfectamente los sensores cardiaco, potencia, y cadencia pero no la velocidad. Llevo usando el hammerhead karoo 2 desde noviembre del 2023 sin problema pero desde hoy 26/08/2024 no me indica la velocidad, le he realizado un reset de fábrica y no se soluciona.

  Hi Andres, if it doesn't detect speed, may I know if you are using a speed sensor or relying on the GPS data? Also check if you are accidentally using a profile that's set to Indoor. Indoor profiles will have GPS disabled. If you have checked all this, and it still doesn't work - please write to us with the serial number of your Karoo at support@hammerhead.io

  I experience the same problem but no solution found yet. I have to use a speed sensor.
