Karoo3 - Live segments

I bought Strava Premium to be able to get live segments notifications, but the Hammerhead Karoo3's UI makes it impossible to sync, enable and show segments while riding. When I click Sync, it only shows me one starred segment, but on my strava profile I have 167 starred segments. When I click Sync it just loads for a long time and goes back to my Strava Live Segments(SLS) page and only shows one segment....If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Its been almost 2 months with this head unit and overall its been very underwhelming.
