Climber disappeared mid-route

I just purchased the Karoo so may not know all the details of how to use it. Mid-route, the Climber information stopped appearing. Now I do recall that at one point, I had trouble with the Climber drawer - it had popped up taking over the entire screen and I couldn't get it to disappear. I remember trying various swipes and button pushes and the unit finally did revert to my map. But after that, it stopped giving me climb information (and I know I cycled some climbs!)

What did I inadvertently do to stop the Climber, and what should I do to get it back?

Hi Laura,

If the climber or any of the drawer appears on full screen, you can also use the bottom two buttons to minimize. The issue with Climber stopped working seems something we need to investigate. Please share the details of you ride and serial number of your Karoo in a support ticket here: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
