Karoo 3 won’t charge

Having issues charging . When I plug in using the same cable I’ve always used (the one supplied ) I hear my pc jingle , but the screen stays blank . I’ve tried with another cable and my 20000mah power bank. Nothing !

  Having same problem (after rainy ride). Is on 91% but no effect when plugged in. What was the resolution on the previous ticket?
