Rode my Karoo two days ago and it looked very lively :) And apart from the crazy beeper, everything worked as it should, as it has for the last two months, so I'm not too worried about the next update being two or four or six weeks late.

Yes, I would appreciate it if they find a fix for the beeper, and sure I have a few other wishes, but other than the beeper, nothing is that serious or important to me to write off an overall very good device the way some in this community won't stop doing.

Wahoo had the last meaningful update (for GoPro users only) in June, Garmin has only had two meaningful updates this year. Wahoo's last map update was in December, Garmin's was in April (still with a major bug in it that Garmin is still ignoring).

So where is Hammerhead's main fault? Releasing constant updates every two or four weeks so that some cry out when they miss that time frame? Crazy times we live in.

Because that level of customer support was what HH constantly applauded themselves for and they made it one of the key features of buying into the brand.

We are still working through the SDK requirements. We will let you know when we are close to releasing it. Thanks!
