PD Charging?
I have a boot loop issue on my Karoo (3). A discussion on Reddit leads me to believe it's either the power button sticking or I charged with too many mA and it messed up the internal battery gauge.
I charge with a 6 port charging brick. 3 ports are USB-A and 3 are USB-C (PD). It is possible I have only used the A previously and maybe recently I used the C with higher Watts. I have had some older devices that wont charge when I plug into the higher Watts USB-C cable, but I thought modern devices knew how to communicate with the charge to deliver only what they can accept.
Is it possible the Karoo internal battery does get corrupted by higher Watts?

Hi Andy, sorry to hear that. We can investigate, so please share the pictures of the charger you are using. Take a high quality picture so we can read the fine prints on the charger. Also share a clear top view of your Karoo to see if the power button sticking is not causing the issue with the boot loop. You can send all the details in a ticket to support: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

Okay, thanks, that's fairly standard charging advice, but it shouldn't necessarily 'corrupt' the internal battery gauge and cause boot loops I'm guessing?
At the moment, I 'recalibrated' the battery (ran flat, charged again) and all seems fine, but I'm also being very conscious of the button not sticking.
EDIT - I think it's the button sticking. I think it just happened, but stupidly I popped it out rather than watching what happened. Is there any advice on how to deal with this?
