Karoo 2 GPS sensor

Hi, I have been using Karoo 2 for almost 2 years. For about the past year, when I start a ride, the GPS doesn't lock on and have no speed or distance registered, well within 10 minutes of riding. When I restart the karoo while riding, then it works most times. This happens 90% of the time when I start the ride. Any help would be great.

  Did you get this fixed? About 6 months ago my Karoo 2 also changed from getting a fix right away (and always showing the correct location when turned on) to showing the wrong location when turned on, and then sometimes taking 10 mins and a reboot to update the location.

  No Unfortunately not and I did try hard resetting. No one reached out either. My solution was to get a new Karoo 3 which I'm starting to regret due to 3 units with same power button issue.

  I did the hard reset on Friday, and have been testing it since then. It seems to have fixed the issue for me. I have 5 months left on the warranty so will be keeping a close eye on it.
