Not uploading files from karoo 2 to dashboard

Dear Hammerhead.
I have not uploaded my training for some time but now it seems it wont upload to the dashboard at all. 

What can I do?

And is there a way to get the files (GPX) like the Garmin system to the computer. Old fashioned but always works.

  Hi Thomas, if you have switched on Karoo after a long time, try to sign out and sign back in to Hammerhead account.
