Terrible visualization of paths

    I recently swapped my Garmin 1040 for a Karoo 3 for better maps experience. Many things on the Karoo 3 are done better. But there are also some issues, which made the maps on the 1040 better, as seen in the screenshots below. Unfortunately, I no longer have the 1040 to compare, but that's not the point.

  1. Can you find where the bike paths are? (this picture is not badly taken; the map actually looks like this)

  1. Can you ride through here? What are these buildings on the road?

I know these places; they looked clear on the 1040

Unfortunately, due to factory defects in my Karoo 3, I had to return it. Now I don't know what to buy, a new Karoo 3? 1050? Or wait for a newer model?

Karoo 3 is advertised as the best for experiencing maps. In the end, I didn't get a chance to properly test it on the road, I just don't know anymore...

I hope this helps to introduce some improvements in Karoo 3

    I decided to give Karoo a second chance and bought a new one. After an hour's drive it's even worse. 

    The map has a lot of unnecessary details (such as buildings etc.). There are a lot of broken lines that you don't know where they start and where they end, with different colors, overlapping each other - it looks tragic and it's hard to tell only by taking a quick look at the map.

    Routing after changing course worked only once. Later, it was unable to recalculate even when I approached the destination from the other side of the street

    The route is planned in a roundabout way. And I don't know why it doesn't take the shortest route. (I selected trail and mtb bike)

    When I was riding on the bike path, he told me to enter the road

    The GPS track is strange and jagged

    1. Add map customization

    2. Add simplify maps options (turn off pois, buildings etc.)

    3. Make little thiner and solid line for paths  

    4. Change white color for paths
