Notifications - time on screen...

Can the length of time that certain notifications appear on screen be looked at as some are way too long and some not long enough. For example, every time I shift to a different power setting on my e-bike the notification stays on for what seems like 5+ seconds or so which is way too long because it obscures data fields while it is on and it's not that important. Similarly when there is any kind of error the notification does not stay on screen long enough to read it.

  There is definitely an issue with the length of time notifications stay on screen. On the new Karoo some notifications literally just flash on the screen giving no time to read them. Can this be looked at as the user experience appears very poorly implemented in this respect and detracts from the overall quality.

  Has this issue/request been acknowledged by dev? The duration of the "assist mode change" notification is way too long and covers up the display.
