Why internet connection is needed to upload GPX via BLUETOOTH?

I found this bizarre. I was hoping that this feature would allow me to upload GPX files in remote areas where cellular service isn't guaranteed. The requirement for an internet connection makes this feature somewhat useless.

  @Radek it is not understanding. What for internet to upload gpx via Bluetooth? Still nothinge new.
