Distance and Speed Wrong

For the past 3 weeks or so, my Karoo 2 has been presenting lower speeds and distances than actual, typically half the actual figure.  This applied whilst riding, and in the end-of-ride summary.

On two short rides today, my results were 9.8kph/2.1km and 9.3kph/3km.  When I asked Ride with GPS to correct the distances, it gave 20.2kmh/4.9km and 17.8kph/6.6km respectively.  (The Hammerhead Dashboard still shows the incorrect data.)

My power output also seems unfeasibly low at ~70W.

Any ideas of how to correct this?

  I have since a couple of weeks the same the average speed is too low and also the distance is at least 10% too low. Strange is actual speed is way too high, I am using the Garmin speed sensor connected to my Karoo 2.
  
  Any ideas how to fix this? I already performed a reset.
