Why is there a difference in profiles between signing in with qr code and email address into the karoo?

 

Been busy setting up profiles and cannot see my routes / workouts login with qr code.

See the routes and workouts but all profiles are again factory default when signed in with email address.

  Hi Ronnie, Did you login using SRAM SSO? or do you use the same username and password for the QR and email sign in?

  Please check the email address under the Dashboard account once you login using the two different methods. We need to see these are same of different email address.

  With qr code the email address was NA.
  With email address login was with email address.
  After several attempts logins I have now both logins with email address above.

  Down site I had to program the profiles again.

  Thanks for the confirmation Ronnie. I have shared this with the developers to take a look. We have not seen this issue before, so we will need to investigate if it is something wrong on your profile. Please let us know if this happens again.
