Karoo 3 GPS after 5km

Ridden with two Karoo2 in the past three years 

I bought now Karoo3.

Wenn I start a route many times there is noch GPS for 5km. Karoo3 does not start and stays in paused modus. 

After approx. 5 km Karoo3 finds a Signal and it starts. 

I did not have this problem with Karoo2.

 

What can I do?
