Loggin Fail at Hammerhead Dashboard

Hey Folks,

Last week I received my new Karoo 3 and want to sync. it with my HH account. 
I was not able to login via my Smartphone, Tablet and Computer.

Tried to reset my Password and receive the Message "Email address is not yet registered. Please create an account."

I created my HH Dashboard Acc. with my Mailadress in 2022.

Anyone else had these issue?

  Hi Philipp, Please make sure you are resetting your password through this link: https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/

  It is possible you may be on the wrong Webstore link trying to reset the password for the Dashboard.
