Sound too loud

Just got my new karoo and really love it. However, i 'm really shocked by how loud it is. I'm using the "new" tones and it's still too loud. Are there any plans to add the volume control in the future? If not, then the only option for me is to return it back because it's not usable :(

  Some sounds are obscenely loud indeed. The K3 scares me, other cyclists and pedestrians with the radar detection sounds and (for example) low battery and sensor disconnection sounds.

  Other sounds (like turn by turn) are using an acceptable volume, while it would still be great if a "master volume" can be configured. Notification sounds are too low.

  Hammerhead should really unify the loudness and make the volume configurable.

  Thanks Marcus but HH's suggestion to mute the device’s audio entirely is ridiculous. No way I'll accept that, so it's definitely a return back and a Garmin as alternative

  Please do not change anything in the sound alarms. They work superbly, especially riding in high wind.

  Can Hammerhead please include an option to adjust the duration and frequency of the RADAR tones using the new sounds package. All the other loud sounds are great but the RADAR tones are way too intrusive. It's just the RADAR tones, everything else is fine.

  @James Parker - you might want to check https://github.com/itxsvv/kxradar - I assume this extension already provides what you'd like to have.

  Thanks @goldenstarshine - I did see that but Hammerhead should be enabling this rather than forcing users to sideload 3rd party apps for basic functionality...

  Perhaps Hammerhead could set the radar sound to resemble the sound when you start recording a ride. In my opinion, that sound is more pleasant and less annoying.
