Wd 40 works for this issue tho. I feel like the power button stucks there like every 2month? Definately manufacturing issue, but hey, wd 40 solves it.

I also have this problem on my Karoo 3. I've noticed that removing the cover from the power connector frees the power button a little and it behaves normally again, so when I put the cover back on I push it well to the left. This affects maybe a tenth of an inch, but it's enough to stop blocking the power button.

I have just been sent a replacement K3 to address the rattling side button issue (which it has addressed on the 4th attempt)  and I have noticed that the power connector cover doesn't push all the way in so it's flush and if you try to push it in it operates the power button. It's clearly catching like the above posters have said.

Honestly these cases are truly awful.
