Karoo 2 stops recording altitude

After applying last update, yesterday I did a long ride of 100 km and after 20 km more or less, the device stopped recording altitude data. It was not showing me grade, current altitude, ascent and descent. It was showing 0 for the whole route. I have the suspicion that it was after a short break, when I resume it was not working anymore. Just for your information, I was following a route. The remaining ascent/descent graph was working fine, but not the already rode. Now I have checked the route on Dashboard, and the altitude graph shows a flat altitude.

  Hello
  I have the same problem. During the last ride, my Karoo 2 stopped showing data of elevation gained and grade. First, it showed “no sensor detected” and now it simply shows a 0 in both fields.
  I’m running software versión 1.557.2137.12 (updated last week). I tried restoring it to factory setings as well as performing a reset but nothing changes.
  Could you please help me?
