K3 Wifi is working but with "Limited connection"

Hi, I just got my Karoo 3 but I can't set up an account, can't do any update ect... Because when it is connected to WiFi it say it can't provide Internet. I tried with 2 routers and from my phone hot-spot there is no way to connect it. Current version is 1.438.1694.20 Thanks for your help
