Hi. Two weeks ago I had the same. By updating the Companion app something went wrong apparently. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Companion app and it works again then
Hi Björn, The live tracking feature requires an active internet connection to update the location. Karoo enables this capability through the companion app, and if the phone does not have a stable internet connection, live tracking will not function.
But I live in an area where cell reception isn’t always given.
I feel that the Karoo / live track should automatically reconnect when the cell reception is back.
