Start button wobbles and rattles

I have had a new Karoo 3 for 1-2 weeks. Yesterday I noticed that the bottom right button that starts a ride is not completely fixed. It moves slightly and rattles. You can also hear this when you shake the Karoo slightly. The device has not yet been used on a bike ride.

The other buttons are rock solid.

Should I be worried or will this get worse? 

Is it best to make a complaint straight away?
